I'll work to develop a page design you like, one that represents you accurately and appealingly. You'll provide the website content. Once the design is chosen and the content is ready, I'll build your website and help you get it online.
Assistance with acquiring your domain
This step is much easier than many people expect, but I'm happy to help as needed.
Assistance choosing and working with a website-hosting company
I'm happy to give you advice as you choose between web hosting companies. I can take care of uploading and launching your website, and registering it with search engines.
Photography
I can help you select images that would work well for your website either from your own photos, from a stock photo vendor or by taking the photos myself.
Website maintenance
I'm very happy to provide ongoing maintenance for your website on a regular basis, or just for the occasional update.
To do a great job on your website, I need to understand your vision and your style. That's where the design process begins. The best way to accomplish this is a face-to-face meeting, so that's my preference.
The second thing we need to look at is what you already have. Maybe you already have a logo or color scheme you want me to work with. From there we can figure out what's needed.
I enjoy working with clients from the start to the finish of a web project. Many of my clients have no technology background, so there's no need to worry if you don't. I'm happy to provide references on request.
